Option `apm.includeCustomMetrics`

The APM integrations provide these options:

• includeDefaultMetrics: Whether it exports all the k6 built-in metrics. Default true.
• metrics: List of built-in and custom metrics to export. The default is empty.

This issue requests a new APM option:

• includeCustomMetrics: Whether it exports all the custom metrics. Default true.

With this feature, all the metrics (built-in and custom metrics) will be exported by default - without any required configuration. If someone needs more granular control, it can still configure the metrics option as is currently supported.
