With Stack API Tokens, specifying the `projectID` should be optional #69

When using the Stack API Token, users needs to configure the projectID on the test. From docs:

Note that you must specify the project where the test runs will be created when using a non-personal token.

Ideally, specifying the project in ext.loadimpact.projectID should be optional. By default, the test could be assigned to the default project of the Stack where the user created the Stack API Token.

Maybe, it exists some limitations that I am not aware of.

@ppcano we are closing this as we are tracking this internally / moving to a new process for feature requests (Grafana VoC process).
