This commit is a followup of the PR #9149 where we discussed the idea of centralizing the known tuning associated with their use cases.

Relates to #9149

[ ] Tests updated.
[x] Documentation added.
[x] CHANGELOG.md updated - the order of entries should be [CHANGE], [FEATURE], [ENHANCEMENT], [BUGFIX].
[ ] about-versioning.md updated with experimental features.
