Webhook alert in my user profile #398

Hello

as of now, I can choose to be alerted by slack, telegram, phone and sms. I would like to choose a webhook so that I could for example catch the webhook on my api endpoint and do something more cool stuff to wake me up properly:

set the lights on (or blink) via philips hue api
turn on the "play sound" mode on apple watch to wake up less aggressively then via phone

This is not a must have but would be nice to have :)

Webhook alerts would also make integration with pushover possible, which is a use case I'm very interested in.

Also very interested in this! Would be useful both to have users be able to define their own webhook, but also defining a custom alert webhook to the same URL for everyone – that would allow us to flexibly use our own APIs for SMS for instance.
