[OSS] Support label filtering on self hosted oncall #5408

What would you like to see!

I see that the oncloud version of oncall supports label filtering. I was wondering if there was plan to add that feature to the OSS version of oncall as it is an awesome feature to search for particular alerts. Since the feature is already implemented, I guess it would not be too much work to port it to the OSS version.
