docs: Add example for OTel eBPF profiler

This PR adds examples for running the OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler on both Docker and Kubernetes. These examples demonstrate the following:

• The OTel eBPF profiler collecting system-wide profiles.
• The OpenTelemetry Collector receiving and processing profiler data.
• Pyroscope visualizing the profiles via Grafana.
