Because of some changes we made to our workflow close to the publication re precision matrices and looping through different kappa, sigma and pcpriors to test for roboustness, one of the scripts is broken when it comes to calculating model fit scores (extract_model_fit_scores.R). This has knock-on effects on for example INLA_featurewise_visualising.R.
The problem is wholly about script-plumbing, nothing is the matter with the results themselves.
