I moved over the functions I suggested in rcldf to rgrambank and added tests.

Just noticed a small bug as I thought to add another test, fixing now.

Done. Now if add_family_name_column only gets LanguageTable and not also LanguageTable2 and this results in missing values, there'll be a warning.
