This is based on a pull request by hfiguiere at the flathub branch for Gramps. https://github.com/flathub/org.gramps_project.Gramps/pull/7 I made a couple changes, which are to update a note on when exiv2 was updated and to leave out the shared modules he referenced since intltool in shared modules is the same version number as the intltool already being used in the Gramps flatpak.
