Goals: Maximize page speed and enhance SEO

[ ] ~~Consider adjusting Algolia load sequence for SEO (link)~~
[x] On some slow connections, some Materialize plugins are not available prior to profiles.js loading, rendering some downstream functions useless (e.g. function that checks for PDF availability)
[x] Drift scripts can be deferred. Move out of html markup.
