Replace dvc with git lfs #8

Currently, our dvc pull feature is broken because it relies on google drive storage, however, dvc stopped to work with google drive due new google policies. More details at: https://github.com/iterative/dvc/issues/10516

For that reason, I propose to use git LFS instead: https://git-lfs.com/ for dataset and model versioning.
