Assigning non-zero #2

Hi, when I test the tatp 1.0 with ./tatp -g -trunc 100 test/MBHS_ECOLI.fsa >test/MBHS_ECOLI.myout , an error appeared:

Assigning non-zero to $[ is no longer possible at /home/liuhongbin/soft/GP4_standalone/tatp-1.0/bin/combine-nn.pl line 17.

And the test/MBHS_ECOLI.myout reported this: error running combine-nn.awk

I checked the dependencies and found that the awk and gawk indeed available.

could you help me with this? Thanks!
