Refresh Enterprise pages to show only scope-relevant information #12635

Details

As per #12582, we need to make sure that pages in the Enterprise section are updated to use scoped components, ensuring that they only show scope-relevant information to the reader.

We should also test out each page to ensure that it works as expected for Enterprise and (as appropriate) Cloud users.

This issue is no longer applicable, since the Enterprise section is now in docs/deploy-a-cluster, and doesn't include pages that don't apply to Teleport Enterprise.
