Cannot create Admin read only access to see all API

Describe the bug

I need to create admin readonly access on the gravitee APIM plateform (organisation and environment scopes). For that, I created a custom role on organisation and environment with read access on all features.

Users with there access cant see all parameters (settings, gateways, audits, ...) but don't see all API list or Application list

To Reproduce

• create custom role on organisation and environments scopes with read access on all features

• Assign roles to user :

• Note that API list is empty

Expected behaviour

Users can access to all API definitions

Facing same in 3.20.10. Would like to have this working. Which version of Gravitee do you use?
