[Bug]: Clean isntallation of netmaker does not work on Oracle Cloud (ARM bug?) #1654

What happened?

0.16 worked fine, but clean installation of 0.16.1 does not. docker logs shows: exec ./netmaker: exec format error I have used nm-quick.sh installation method I believe it can be related to not supported ARM on VM.Standard.A1.Flex

Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.15.0-1019-oracle aarch64)

ARM image format was missing, is now available for 0.16.1
