Possible new drug categories #644

I removed several headings that had been added early on in brainstorming for this manuscript. If anyone is looking for ideas of how to contribute, you could definitely look into how these drug development strategies are being applied to COVID-19!

Additionally, here is the template for adding in these sections: Anticipated Mechanism. Why it may be useful Current Evidence. A list of current studies and their results, using carefully the information requested in the therapeutic paper tickets. Summary. Summarize the state of the neutralizing antibody approach.

From #44: consider INF beta as well
