Citations possibly missing in 2011 #16

This was an error only for the year 2011 when citation format changed. This is fixed in the file: nature_news_scraper/nature_news_scraper/spiders/doi_crawl.py in commit https://github.com/greenelab/nature_news_disparities/commit/27f81c00d3907f7f4a28d49c72567248573c42b7
