Expert snorkelers: cataloging related projects and snorkels #12

This issue is a place to note other snorkel projects. The hope is that we can compile a list of experts on specific domains to reach out to later. Furthermore, we can make sure we're not duplicating efforts.

According to @thodrek, @kuleshov (Volodymyr Kuleshov) has been working on extracting GWAS associations from the literature using Snorkel. @kuleshev, feel free to link to your related content (e.g. repos or manuscripts).

@cgreene mentioned he ran into @edoughty (Emily Mallory) at PSB 2017. According to her abstract:

We developed entity extractors for genes, drugs, and diseases; and relationship extractors for gene-gene, gene-disease, and gene-drug relationships. We evaluated the gene-gene work previously with a corpus of articles from three PLOS journals, and we are currently evaluating the other two relationship extractors on a corpus from PubMed Central.
