Project setup error: [check-compose-version] Error 1 #181

What went wrong?

Attempted to set up project on Mac according to instructions: https://support.greenpeace.org/planet4/development/installation#fixing-make-dev-errors

When running make dev step, I encountered the following error.

$ docker-compose --version docker-compose version 1.29.2, build 5becea4c $ make dev make: *** [check-compose-version] Error 1

Here's the problem:

Could not set up project, received an error without explanation on what went wrong.
