Allow player to fill all available space #55

Having the player shape itself to remove letter-boxing causes the player to appear as though it doesn't belong. Having the player fill all available space looks more intentional and less as though something was broken

If you choose to merge please ignore 8d56c06 and c9d8ed3 I forgot to exclude those commits in the pull request

Thanks for the pull request, but having the player fit the true size of the video was an intentional design decision that I still agree with. Sorry, but I don't intend to merge this.
