[x] Change throttle indicator renderable to all air vehicles.
[x] Create settings for it to be toggleable on/off.

airplaneThrottle only works for airplanes not helicopters. There's no specific command to retrieve throttle of normal mode of helicopters. velocityModelSpace only considers active acceleration/velocity not throttle which isn't what is intended.

Made available to helicopters by using collectiveRTD in case of the advanced flight model.
