Add a known artifact failure to documentation.

GRID-9526 Artifact Download Slow

Priority : 2\ I have a run datasource-features-non-mordred-20220602082050 with 100 experiments and each experiment has \~30,000 artifacts. The artifacts are quite small (\~10kb) so the amount of data is not much. But using grid artifacts (from within a Grid Session) is extremely slow: the CLI timebar is telling me \~10artifacts/second. Initially, the CLI was telling me it would take \~3days to download everything. That was on Friday, so I thought I would jut let it run over the weekend (which is not a feasible long-term solution). However, I checked the download this morning at it is stuck half way through the download.\ So I have two questions:\ How can I retrieve my data (as soon as possible)?\ What is making the download so slow? And how can I prevent that in the future?
