Include briandc's banks in LV2 version #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch Ardour 3
2.Create a MIDI Track
3.Load the Amsynth LV2, only the default factory presets show as available.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Amsynth GIT (Recent GIT Build with 6 Brian banks). Using with Ardour 3.0
(packaged from Ardour SVN) on AV Linux 6.0 (based on 32bit Debian Squeeze)

Please provide any additional information below.

Using the Standalone version of AmSynth all banks appear as normal.

I accept this is a problem.

However, right now amsynth ships with almost 1000 presets...

AFAIK, LV2 lacks a way to group presets, so this would result in a very
unwieldy preset selection menu.

This is why I have not yet added the presets to the LV2 version. I looked into
the possibility of amsynth loading presets outside of LV2's preset management
system, but this did not seem like it would work as intended.

All banks are now provided via LV2 - please check out the latest code from the
git repository (or binaries from the PPA once they get rebuild)

This does make opening the preset menu slow due to the number of presets.
