Resizable window? Full screen? #82

Is there any way of increasing the window size or making amsynth full screen? 
I have tried forcing the app to maximise but this doesn't change the size. 
This is on version 1.5.1 running on Raspbian.

Currently there is no way to do this, sorry.

The UI is built with fixed size bitmaps and layout so is not scalable.

A resizable UI would be a nice feature to have, and also address the lack of 
HiDPI support.
