Error loading data in registration #259

Describe the bug After receiving an invitation and sign in, registration screen show up, once i enter data and press complete registration It tells me Error loading data

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior I should be able to register.
