new columns have to be inserted for more functionality later. suggested features:

• missing flag
• in use by flag
• almost empty flag

porting the data from old xls or csv files has to be kept in mind.

• added columns for those three flags in database creation funtion
• porter function does not yet port these flags, if present in excel file
