nr of categories on goods page #207

I just noticed that with the new main category subcategory structure the "Nr categories" column in the goods table doesn't seem to make sense any more. The possible values are only 2 (main and subcategory) or 1 (main category) anyway, do we still need this column?

or 0 for no category :) To me it seems a bit unnecessary as well
