Old Admins have Power #422

@GBReborn_bot doesn't has the actually Admin list. Old admin can use this bot also if you kicked them out of the group. /reload doesn't work.

Telegram limits the number of times we can check the admin list, so we need to save the list for some hours unfortunately.

We don't get informed of the admins permissions being changed either.

You can use /cache to reload the admin cache

the banned and kicked admin has still the permission to use your bot completely. I tried /cache but it doesn't helped. your bot could ask for every command who wrote it "is this user an admin?" check adminlist. or your bot could check all 5 minutes the admin list
