Unable to presist annotation #23

I follow the instruction to setup the server and requested a trial license. Then I uploaded a word document then open it for annotation.

After doodle a circle on it. I clicked on save.
I then reload the page and open the same document again, but the circle i doodled before disappears.

How do i persist annotation after reloading the same document?

Hi, @holyman2k thank you for feedback. By default, do not change the original document, instead, we save/apply all changes in the new document located at {Your upload directory}/Annotated/{Original file name}.

As you mentioned that:

I then reload the page and open the same document again

Please confirm that after reloading you opened the new annotated file(from /Annotated folder) and not the original one

I tried to put every type of annotation on the page and then reopen the file in the /annotated folder. Some annotation did appear but the following annotation did not load Text Strikethrough Underline Text Replacement Blackout Polyline Area
