[x] Setup of boilerplate with offline plugin to include service workers
[x] Service worker setup for background notification.
[x] FCM example for background and app real time notifications.
[x] Test cases for fcm
[x] Doc update for fcm feature
ENV variables in service worker pending.
Note: It is a Optional Feature. It will not be merged in master. So do not delete this PR.
Feature document updates are done in Feature/readme update #79
