Freshly released cloud-nuke v0.36.0 does not contain binaries in the release assets https://github.com/gruntwork-io/cloud-nuke/releases/tag/v0.36.0

Could you please add these?

Hey, @denis256, @james03160927, @autero1 (recent releasers), could somebody please confirm that the tag v0.36.0 was moved intentionally to a later commit despite good practice of not doing so?

We detected a hash change of v0.36.0 code in

The git manual says re-tagging is "the insane thing" to do, so I hope that's not it.
