Try to include note-specific rmarkdown YAML settings in website #17

Currently the rmarkdown settings (the yaml on the top of each Rmd.) are overwritten for each note to make the website. It would be nice if parts not invloved in website creation are preserved (e.g. bibliography)

Issue #26 makes this unecessary.
