Feature/485 additional admin logs #616

!Notice

In order to meet the requirement of #485 I have replaced the log file name with the CONTAINER_ROLE. So that now two log files will be created: app.log and queue.log - for app and queue containers respectively. The previous log from laravel.log will not be displayed in the App Logs screen, only the newly created logs will.

ILP Packets aren't displayed correctly in the log window (Message Log menu).

Hello @yvoitenko thanks for the fixes.

I am still getting the log out of the window when you click "Request" button through "Test Steps" inside the session.
