This is intended behaviour. Because usage can only be registered on the day which you use the application, there could be a case where a user forgot to input the usage on the day he/she actually used the coupon, and only inputs the usage for the coupon after it has expired.
Since this cannot be considered a bug that makes our program "almost unusable", we have reclassified it to "severity.VeryLow" - a cosmetic flaw with the layout of the application that may have led you to assume that you cannot apply the used
command for expired coupons. If the red ribbon is the problem, we can change it to a green ribbon instead

Reason for disagreement: In what scenario would a user input a used coupon after it has been used? Especially since the application has a delete function, which suggests that it's usage is to clear clutter from the application. Why the need to add in more "clutter" to the used page? I find it absurd and feel that no user would ever do that.

Reason for disagreement: This bug definitely warrants a higher severity than VeryLow. Being able to use expired coupons lowers the functionality of the app. The goal of the app is to help users track their coupon usages and their savings. Being able to use expired coupons diminish the value of this app.
