3 years ago Edit: This effect maybe affects everyone in the players vicinity too. Peds will ignore it obviously but as they're moving and walking they all get shot by sniper rifles.

Duration (choose one and replace the corresponding "[ ]" with "[X]")
Effect Description Player is tasked to stand still at regular intervals, and if the player moves when tasked to be still they're shot by a sniper rifle.
