How assign color if I am interested only in one sample #94

Hey, I am plotting the ggsashimi only one per sample using this command

./ggsashimi.py -b Bam/a.bam -c CHRxx:xxxx-xxxx -o sashimi.pdf -g annotation.gtf --ann-height 5 --width 15

But the splice junctions are in the back, how to change the color
