Fix for issue Domain Credential cannot be use for -AtLogOn #44

Fix for the issue https://github.com/guitarrapc/DSCResources/issues/40#issuecomment-171128765

As UserId automatically resolved with WORKGROUP / DOMAIN Credential by CIM Cmdlet, resource don't need to add Domain.
