Title display error #170

If you insert a note within a note (![[note]]), and it's all in h3 (### ![[note]]). Then "!Note names" is displayed

I also noticed another display error.

When there is a note in the title, it does not correctly display which note I am on. Most likely you are not taking into account the size of the inserted note in the header
