Modelling guidelines

[ ] Periodical power diagnostics
[ ] Power good - heartbeat signal
[ ] Expected power drop/outage - prioritise tasks accordingly, plan power budget, and/or backup data
[ ] Unexpected partial power drop - alert system and adjust power budget and/or prioritise tasks
[ ] Unexpected power outage - self sustaining system for detecting consistent power flow resuming and stable reboot
