Add ability to restrict on all types of Creative Commons license #292

We have a use for the Image Search API where users can search for and
select an image for use in their profile.  To encourage legal behaviour
regarding copyright issues, it would be great if we could restrict the
search results to return images that are licensed for commercial use.

It's already possible to restrict the different license types in the Web
based Advanced Image Search;

I was wondering if there was a way to use creative commons for anyone using 
Image
Search API.
