camel case for eBook in header #162

Inconsistent use of EBook and eBook in header: Release date: February 18, 2023 [EBook #70059] whereas the title line correctly uses: "The Project Gutenberg eBook of..."

Request consider using camel case consistently: Release date: February 18, 2023 [eBook #70059]

Greg has asked me to be consistent with eBook. Perhaps that doesn't apply here. Ask Greg. I'll do the "as submitted" however it gets decided.

Please use "eBook". That's been in use for perhaps 20 years.

In the future, we will start using "book" and "books." But for now, let's keep using eBook.

If it must be used at the start of a sentence, EBook is ok. But otherwise eBook is what should appear in the PG header.
