Inconsistent use of EBook and eBook in header: Release date: February 18, 2023 [EBook #70059] whereas the title line correctly uses: "The Project Gutenberg eBook of..."

Request consider using camel case consistently: Release date: February 18, 2023 [eBook #70059]

Issue #163 was a duplicate of #162 caused by a "too long to load" message from GitHub. #162 remains active.
