Test all GVL add ins for compatibility with 4.2 and adjust accordingly..

At the same time, pick suitable port numbers for everything to remove clashes.

Tested SMRTPortal which works. However, there is a new version of SMRTtools which supports new PacBio datatypes (not supported in current version of SMRTPortal..) Update is required. Will make a new ticket for it in the Backlog section soon.
