Adding PoF Runes & Sigils for Testimony of Heroics #958

Superior Sigil of Severance Superior Sigil of Frenzy Superior Rune of the Cavalier Superior Rune of the Rebirth

Some of the trinkets recipies are also tradable.

Maybe you could change the manu name to somthing like "WvW Currencies", as there are more then only "Badges of Honor" listed.

In reality, I want to rework the entire currency section to a single page where you just select the currency of your choice from a drop-down and it spits out all the gold conversions for it. That's a bit further off tho, I have a few bigger features I want to implement before that.
