repaginating as a PDF when print multiple pages on to one PDF #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I get the PDF using the instructions in 
https://code.google.com/p/flying-saucer/wiki/FAQPDF
2. but pagination is individual and different files need to be continuous 
pagination

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the PDF with multiple files and pagination is individual

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 flying-saucer-pdf9.0.1 ,flying-saucer-core9.0.1, itext2.1.7

Please provide any additional information below.
I use JDK1.4 (It's the client version). There is a way to restart page numbering
