Support for multidimentional spectra from spc files #127

@nicocopez @MariaICV I need to implement support for spc. The idea is to be able to load multidimensional spectra from spc easily. Do you by chance have multidimensional spc files from different devices or eventually some documentation related to how different devices store data in spc file format and what metadata? Such information will help me to make more generic implementation and support more spc "flavors" in RC2.

For the time being, the spc files contain multiple independent spectra without metadata.
