Deploying to Google App Engine #1222

It would be great if there were instructions on how to deploy a Wave app to Google App Engine (if it is even possible).

It does seem to be possible. I was able to get it to work with the flexible environment/custom runtime. The main issue is that App Engine expects the web server to run on port 8080 and because of #1220, I had to manually sed patch h2o_wave to fix that problem. Not sure if it will be possible to use a standard environment after that bug fix is released.
