This issue has in principle been resolved.

@anitacaron: Could you please check it??? Thanks, Alia.

abenkahla commented 1 year ago

Dear @anitacaron I did my edits twice (the same edits). I did the first one using the GitHub Desktop. I waited one day and saw that the online document did not change. So I directly edited the code of the online document, but my edits were not visible. :( What is happening? Thanks, Alia.

anitacaron commented 1 year ago

Hi @abenkahla, did you commit your changes?

abenkahla commented 1 year ago

Yes. Both times.

anitacaron commented 1 year ago

and pushed the commit?

anitacaron commented 1 year ago

It would be good to create a PR when making changes and then refer to the issue number that the PR is fixing.

Check here how to create a PR

I did it again. I did my edits on my computer using protege. Then I wrote a comment. Then I pressed "Commit to main". Then I pushed the commit. It said: No local changes.

Can that be because I found the ontology under src/ontology/afpo-edit.ofn and not under ~/afpo.owl ?

Thanks, Alia.

anitacaron commented 1 year ago

Ok, it might be that you don't have permission to push commits to the repository. I'll add you here.

abenkahla commented 1 year ago

I will follow this training. But I found my files. In fact in my GitHub there are now to afpo, one h3abionet afpo an one abenkahla afpo. My edits are on the abenkahla afpo. How shall I proceed now? Thanks, Alia.

anitacaron commented 1 year ago

First, could you accept the invite I sent you so you can push commits and PRs directly to this repository? Then, please open in Protege the edit file from this repository and not from your fork.

Hello Alia did you fix the problem, because I do not see any change in github.

abenkahla commented 10 months ago

Hi @anitacaron My problem is that when I went to GitHub, I found the afpo files empty.

Could you please tell me where I can find the appropriate files?

Their size should measured in M and the size of the files was measured in K :(.

Best, Alia.

anitacaron commented 10 months ago

Hi @abenkahla, please send the file to my email, and I'll change it.

The editor's version is here https://github.com/h3abionet/afpo/blob/main/src/ontology/afpo-edit.ofn
