subsurface() #49

Hello everyone,

I noticed that in Page 64 we have not assign parameter for subsurface()
function yet, whether it could be 

# the reduced scattering coefficients, sigma's, the absorption
coefficients, sigmaa
# the albedo and diffusemeanfreepath

as it in ptfilter in RenderMan ?
