Ahh nope - just used composer and missed that point. I aldo think that you should set a news version in ext_emconf maybe. Version 6 worked fine, even if the field ordering was a bit different.

Regarding the TYPO3 version - i alwas use the latest published version from the branch as requirement started from the day of the patch.

I can live with that ;-) Encouraging people to upgrade to latest patch version is always a good thing!
